Project Overview
Designed CuraSuite as a mobile-first hospital information management system capable of running real clinic and small-hospital workflows while scaling into a full enterprise platform. The MVP scope covers authentication, RBAC, attendance, patient registration, billing, triage/vitals, doctor consultations, lab orders/results, pharmacy dispensing, basic inpatient management, discharge summaries, dashboards, reports, PWA behavior, offline capture, and push notifications. The enterprise scope expands into ICD-10, LOINC, drug safety, barcode samples, inventory expiry, claims, ward/bed management, SOPs, multi-hospital architecture, WhatsApp/SMS/email, M-Pesa reconciliation, and insurance integrations.
