Service Terms
Delivery, maintenance, support, and payment terms for client projects.
Scope and Deliverables
Every project should have a written scope covering deliverables, timeline, payment schedule, responsibilities, exclusions, and acceptance criteria. Work outside scope is quoted separately.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate content, approvals, access credentials, business rules, legal requirements, and timely feedback. Delays in these items may affect delivery timelines.
Payments
Work may require deposits, milestone payments, or monthly retainers. Hosting, domains, third-party tools, SMS, payment gateways, and external subscriptions may be billed separately unless included in writing.
Maintenance and Support
Maintenance can include fixes, updates, backups, content changes, monitoring, performance improvements, and small enhancements depending on the plan. New features and major redesigns are separate work.
Data and Access
Clients remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of their business data. UlterNet Systems only accesses client systems where needed for delivery, support, or maintenance.
Cancellations and Refunds
Refunds depend on the stage of work completed, third-party costs already paid, and the written project agreement. Completed work, deployed work, and consumed third-party services are generally not refundable.
